Shipping Method Maintenance - OverviewGeneral Information This maintenance function enables you to create and maintain all of the information about the shipping method. Enter/modify the DESCRIPTION of the item as it is to be displayed and printed throughout the system. The detailed information about the shipping method is divided into five tab screens. *Note: Screen tabs 2 through 4 are disabled if the Automatic Shipping Calculations Module is not installed. See Also Automatic Shipping Calculations Module How to Use the ScreenSelect the tab screen(s) for the set of information that needs to be created or modified. Note: The Rate Table tab screen cannot be accessed for those shipping methods using carriers with predefined rates; e.g., UPS, RPS, United States Postal Service, etc. The Zone Table tab screen cannot be accessed for shipping methods using UPS or USPS as the carrier. When you complete the additions or changes to the Shipping Method, press SAVE. To save the information as a new Shipping Method, press SAVE AS and define the new Shipping Method. To exit without saving, press CANCEL. |
