Shipping Method Maintenance - Rate TableGeneral InformationThis screen tab is only used when the Automatic Shipping Calculations Module is installed with your M.O.M. software. This screen tab lets you establish or maintain carrier rates for those shipping methods that do not use a pre-defined carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The screen tab can only be accessed when User Defined Rate Table is selected in the General Information screen tab. Note: For predefined carriers provided with your Mail Order Manager system, it is not possible to change the entries in the rate table. Dydacomp maintains these rates for the carriers and periodic updates are automatically provided to you as a part of your annual support maintenance fee. How to Use the Rate TableAdding a New RatePress the NEW button to display the Rate Information pop-up screen. Enter the information in the fields as required and press CLOSE to return to the Rate Table. Changing a RateSelect the rate to be edited in the table. Press the EDIT button to display the Rate Information pop-up screen. Change the information in the fields as required and press CLOSE to return to the Rate Table. Removing a RateSelect the rate to be removed from the table. Press REMOVE. Field Definitions for the Rate Information Pop-up Screen ZONE - the carrier zone that identifies the ship-to destination for the rate. LOW WEIGHT - the low value weight to establish the weight range for the rate. HIGH WEIGHT - the high value weight to establish the weight range for the rate. CHARGE - the shipping rate that applies to the specified weight range. |
