Telemarketing Script MaintenanceGeneral InformationThe Telemarketing Module option of M.O.M. gives your sales staff the ability to manage the entire inbound and outbound sales call activities for your company. This option lets you define and maintain scripts for use by your sales persons when making outbound calls or for some particular telemarketing campaign. Note: The customizable customer demographic screens provided with the List Management Module option of M.O.M. can also be used as a means to collect and record specific information from customers by your telephone sales staff. See Also Customer Information - Contact History Customer Information - Demographics How to Use the ScreenEnter or edit the information in the fields as required. When you complete the additions and or changes, press SAVE. To save the information as a new script, press SAVE AS and define the new script code. To exit without saving, press CANCEL. Field Definitions DESCRIPTION - a description of the script. (Script) - enter the script as it is to be displayed for the salesperson in the large open scrollable area. The way the text appears (spaces, blank lines, indents, etc.) in the scrollable area is the way the text will look when displayed on the Read Telemarketing Script screen for the salesperson. Note: You may use the Edit Menu Cut, Copy, and Paste options when typing in the script area. |
