List Management Module - Overview
The optional List Management Module enables you to precisely define
target lists of customers and/or prospects based on any of the
information in the Mail Order Manager databases. This information
may include a customer's specific interests, contact history,
buying patterns, and demographic profile, etc. By creating queries
consisting of include and exclude statements, you can quickly
compile lists of customers that can be saved and/or used for label
printing, mail-merges of form letters, merge/purges with outside
lists, telemarketing using the Telemarketing Module, and "inactive"
customer name purging using the Database Purge Module.
