Contact Management Module
General Information
The optional Contact Management Option
enables you to create and manage a telemarketing database of your
prospects and customers. This database can be used by your sales
and customer service staff to track and record inbound calls, and
to schedule outbound calls. The option can also be used in
conjunction with the optional List Management Module to create a
telemarketing campaign. A defined list from the List Management
Module can be loaded into the Contact Management Module with
predefined first call topics and assigned salesperson. You can also
build lists in the List Management Module based on information
collected in Telemarketing Calls, for example, interest level,
script code, sales ID, etc.
