Item Exchange ReportGeneral InformationThis report shows the information for items that were returned and exchanged. It displays the information for original item returned and the item shipped in exchange, along with the dates of the transactions and the reason code selected for the return. Note: Place your mouse

Field definitions for the Item Exchange Report
Order Number - The order number in which an item was exchanged. Product/Description - Item SKU and Description. Quantity - The number of units returned on the order and the number of units exchanged. Cost - The unit costs of the items being returned and the exchange items. Retail -
The
retail price of the items being returned and the exchange
items. Date Exchange - The dates that the item was returned and exchanged, limited to the date range selected when the report was generated. Reason - The predefined reason code selected by the M.O.M. user when the return was recorded. User - The M.O.M. user who entered the return and exchange. |
