established low level threshold.

Field definitions for the Low Level Items Report
Stock Number - The
defined stock number for the stock item.
Description - The defined description of the stock
item.
In Stock - The quantity of the stock item available for
sale.
Low Level - Indicates the current inventory level relating
to the low level threshold quantity you defined. LOW indicates that
the quantity has fallen below the established low level threshold;
OUT indicates that the quantity is currently at "0", NEED indicates
that the quantity is at "0" and the item is back ordered in
customer orders in the system. Takes into account quantity on
order.
Back Orders - The quantity of the stock item back ordered on
customer orders.
On Order - The quantity of the stock item ordered with
suppliers but not yet delivered.
% of Req. - The difference between the current stock level
and the established low level threshold amount expressed as a
percentage.
