Customer Salutations Maintenance

Maintain Menu > Customer Information > Customer Salutations
General Information

A salutation appears immediately before a name and is used to identify male (Mr.), female (Ms.), as well as special titles, including Dr., Lt., Rev., etc. Once set up in this screen, they are available on the Customer Information screen.

How to Use the Screen

For a new honorific, enter the SALUTATION (Mr., Dr., Hon., etc.) and optionally enter a DESCRIPTION. The description is for your internal purposes only.
