Multi Company MaintenanceGeneral InformationThe M.O.M. Multi-Company Controller Option enables one licensed M.O.M. system to be used to operate up to 50 different companies or divisions of a company. With the Multi-Company option, separate M.O.M. systems and data files can be set up for each company or division. Note: No data is shared between companies, so customers, products, etc. for one company are not in anyway connected with another. How to Use the ScreenEnter or edit the information in the fields as required. When you complete the additions or changes, press SAVE. To exit without saving, press CANCEL. Field Definitions COMPANY CODE - the code for the company or division. COMPANY NAME - the company or division name. DATA LOCATION - the directory (path) identifying the location of the M.O.M. data files for the company or division, A DRIVE LETTER IS REQUIRED. Note: If the data files are not present in the specified location, they are created automatically for you by M.O.M. |
