Automatic Shipping Calculations Module

When purchased and installed, the Automatic Shipping Calculations Module (ASCM) enables you to define sophisticated parameters on which to base shipping charges for your customers. The option also enables you to do on-screen comparisons between actual costs for shipping methods. Calculations are based on zone and rate information for the carriers and shipping methods supported by M.O.M.. Finally, ASCM enables your M.O.M. system to integrate with carrier-hosted and third-party shipping systems, including UPS OnLine, Pitney-Bowes, Neopost, and others.

Shipping Method Rates and Zones Provided with ASCM

ASCM comes with complete rate and zone information to support the following carriers and shipping methods.

  • UPS - All Services

  • USPS - First Class (up to 2 lbs), Standard A and B

  • FedEx - All air and ground (RPS) services

  • Airborne Express - All Services

  • DHL - Ground, Overnight, Next Day and 2nd Day Services

Other Shipping Method Rates and Zones

In addition to the rates and zones provided with ASCM, you can also set up shipping methods with rates and zones for any carrier or shipping method that you require. Contact Dydacomp Technical Support for more information.
