Gift Certificates Activity Report

General Information

This report lists the gift certificates purchased and redeemed.  Most importantly, for accounting purposes, it shows the Total Gift Certificates Outstanding Amount.

Note: Place your mouse over the fields to view a description of the field.  If you cannot see the report, please click the following button.

Field definitions for the Gift Certificates Activity Report

Date - The date when the gift certificate was either purchased or redeemed.
Order Number - The number of the order on which the gift certificate was either purchased or redeemed.
By - The order entry operator ID.
Description - The description of the gift certificate product.
Certificate ID # - A number assigned by M.O.M. for the individual gift certificate.
Transaction Amount - The amount purchased or redeemed.
Outstanding Amount - Any remaining unredeemed amount of the gift certificate purchased.
Purchased/Redeemed - The type of transaction on the order.
