customer's "value" or the gross total of the customer's orders
within the date range specified. The report displays the customer's
information, and a listing of the products ordered along with
overall sales totals.

Field definitions for the Customer Performance Report
Company/Name/Address - The name of the
customer placing the order.
Quantity Purchased -
The
number of units purchased of the line item.
Quantity Returned - The
number of units returned of the line item.
Gross Sales - The Retail
Price of the item, multiplied by the number of units sold.
Net Sales - The Gross Sales
subtracted by the cost of the items.
Profit Margin- The %
of the sales amount that is over your cost.
