Import/Export Module

The Order Import/Export Module (IEM) enables you to directly import information into the order and customer files of the M.O.M. system, including customer orders and prospects. It also enables you to export orders previously entered in M.O.M.

IEM can be used for a variety of applications, including.

  • Importing orders and prospect leads taken on the Web using Dydacomp's SiteLINK or other electronic commerce system

  • Importing orders from an order taking service company or other M.O.M. system

  • Importing prospect leads collected by a telemarketing or lead service company

  • Exporting orders to a fulfillment company or other M.O.M. system

Note 1: If the call center and fulfillment center both use M.O.M., the fulfillment center cannot take gift certificate orders due to a chance of having duplicate gift certificate numbers.  

Note 2: When importing orders with a CID for a credit card, the CID will be imported with the order.   This CID is not available when exporting orders.
