Maintain Menu > Accounting Information > Close Year

General Information

This function clears the balance for each income and expense General Ledger account set up in your M.O.M. system. G/L accounts are established using the Maintain G/L Interface function.

Note: Use of this function only effects your General Ledger Information and nothing else.
