This report shows the usage of substitute, cross-sell, up-sell
and promotional items in orders.
These selling tools are established
when a stock item is set up using the Maintain Stock Item
function.

Field definitions for the Selling Tools Activity Report
Original
Product/Description - The stock number and description for
the original item entered in order entry.
Replacement/Additional Product

The substitute, cross-sell, up-sell or promotional item for the
original item.
Selling Tool Type - The type of selling tool of the
replacement/additional product - substitute, cross-sell, upsell or
promotional.
Number Accepted - The number of confirmed replacements
and/or additions.
Number Declined - The number of rejected replacements and/or
additions.
Success Rate - The percentage figure representing the number
of times that the offer was accepted based on number of offers
made.
Additional $ Generated - The amount of additional gross
generated as a result of the offer being accepted.
Average $ Generated Per Offer - The average amount of
additional gross generated per offer made.
Calculated as # of Offers Made divided
by the Additional $ Generated.
