Establish New Low Levels
General
Information
This screen enables you to automatically re-establish Low Levels
for products based on previous sales. By establishing new Low
Levels based on previous sales you can adjust your inventory
purchasing requirements for anticipated demand. For instance, if
you knew that for a specific product, 4th quarter sales would
probably be three times what they were in the 2nd quarter, you
could adjust the Low Level to be 300% of the sales made for that
product during the 2nd quarter. The Order Product - Low Level option will
automatically advise you to purchase accordingly.
