Print Additional Stock ID Labels

General Information

This screen enables you to find and build a list of one or more stock items so that additional Stock ID labels can be printed.  This can be done by selecting a specific number of labels for each stock item or printing a fixed number of labels for a list of stock items.

How to print a specified amount of additional stock ID labels for a list of stock items

  1. Use the Lookup to list your stock items in the Available Items List.
  2. Enter the NUMBER OF LABELS TO BE PRINTED.   (This number will be used for each stock item you move to the Selected Items List from the Available Items List.)
  3. Include item(s) to the Selected Items List from the Available Items List.

  4. Optionally, highlight an item in the Selected Item List and modify the NUMBER OF LABELS TO BE PRINTED.  This will modify the number of stock labels printed for the highlighted item.   This can be done multiple times to any item from the Available Items List.  Each stock item can print a different quantity of labels.

  5. Press the PROCESS button.

How to print stock ID labels for a specific stock item

  1. Use the Lookup to list your stock items in the Available Items List.

  2. Include item(s) to the Selected Items List from the Available Items List.

  3. Highlight an item from the Selected Item List and enter a NUMBER OF LABELS TO BE PRINTED.  This will be the number of stock labels printed for the highlighted item.   This can be done multiple times to any item.   Each stock item can print a different quantity of labels.

Looking up an Object

The top line of fields, SELECT ON, CONDITION, and VALUE work together to express the formula to be used for the lookup.

  1. Use the SELECT ON pull-down menu to select the piece of information about the object to be used as the lookup criteria.

  2. Use the CONDITION pull-down menu to specify the way the lookup matches are to be determined based on the VALUE. For instance, equals, greater than, contains, etc.

  3. Enter the VALUE to be used to determine a match and press ENTER. The results of the search are displayed in the list.

Working with the Available Items List after Lookup

Number of Labels to Print

Enter the number of labels to print for the stock item(s) in the Selected Items list.

Adding an Item to the Selected Items List from the Available Items List
  1. Select (highlight) the item in the Available Items List.

  2. Press INCLUDE or "drag & drop" the item with your mouse from the Available Items List to the Selected Items List.

Removing an Item from the Selected Items List
  1. Select (highlight) the item in the Selected Items List.

  2. Press REMOVE or "drag & drop" the item with your mouse from the Selected Items List to the Available Items List.

Adding All the Items in the Available Items List to the Selected Items List

Press INCLUDE ALL.

Removing All the Items from the Selected Items List

Press REMOVE ALL.
