Outbound Telemarketing
General Information
This screen contains a list of outbound
telemarketing calls. It is only used when the Telemarketing Module is installed with
your M.O.M. system.
The calls on the Outbound Telemarketing
list have been created either individually with the Schedule a Followup Call screen or in
batch as a Saved List created with the List
Management Module.
How to Use the Screen
Selecting a Call
The list can be selected for a specific
user or group of users by selecting a new user in the LIST OF CALLS
FOR field.
You may select a call from the list by
double clicking with your mouse, pressing the ENTER key, or by
pressing the SELECT button at the bottom of the screen. When a call
is selected on this screen, you are automatically transferred to
the Contact History screen for that customer
with the selected call highlighted in the customer's contact list.
When you exit the customer information screen after the call is
completed, you are returned to the Outbound Calls list.
The list of calls may be sorted by
DATE, STATE, USER, or INTEREST. Click on the appropriate field
column heading to change the sort sequence.
Changing the Select Settings
Press the SETTINGS button at the bottom
of the screen to display the Outbound Telemarketing Settings screen.
Settings made in this screen are saved and used for all selects for
the Outbound Calls list until they are changed again.
Printing the List of Calls
Press the PRINT button at the bottom of
the screen to print the Outbound Calls list.
Column Headings
DATE - the date the call is scheduled
to be made.
STATE - the customer's state or
province.
USER - the user assigned to make the
call.
SPEAK TO - the name of the contact for
the customer.
DISCUSS - the first line of the call
log for the scheduled call.
SCRIPT - the script code if one has
been assigned for the scheduled call.
INTEREST - the interest level last
given to the customer.
CALL STATUS - this field at the bottom
of the screen indicates whether the selected call is scheduled for
a future date (CALL) or is currently at or past its scheduled date
(CALL NOW).
# OF CALLS SELECTED - provides a total
count of the calls in the list.
