Telemarketing Productivity Report Selection Screen
General Information
This screen enables you to select the
calls to be included in the telemarketing productivity report.

How to Use the Screen

Select the date or date range for the
report by selecting one of the "Select Calls For" options. When
using the selection by specific date, the Selection Details pull-down list
box enables you to select options such as Today, Yesterday, This
Week, etc instead of a specific date.

Optionally, select to limit the report
to calls for customers with specific Sales Information, Customer
Information, or Script Code.

Use the radio buttons at the bottom of
the screen to run the report for Completed Calls or Scheduled
Calls.

Use the check box at the bottom of the
screen to run the report as a Summary. The Summary Report displays
the number of calls by User ID and the date.
