Outbound Telemarketing - Settings
General Information
This screen enables you to define
specific criteria to be used in creating the list of scheduled
calls in the Outbound Calls list of the Telemarketing Module. Settings made in
this screen are saved and used for all selects for the Outbound
Calls list until they are changed again.
How to Use the Screen
Enter or change the information in the
fields as required. Any one or combination of fields may be
used.
Field
Definitions
READY TO CALL - check this box to
include those calls that are at or beyond their scheduled call
date.
SCHEDULED FOLLOWUP CALLS - check this
box to include those calls that are not yet at their scheduled call
date.
COMPLETED CALLS - check this box to
include those calls that have already been completed.
MESSAGE TEXT CONTAINING - a word or
phrase from the call topic to limit the call list selection.
INTEREST CODE - an interest level code
to limit the call list selection to calls for customers with that
interest level.
SCRIPT CODE - a script code to limit
the call list selection to calls for calls with that script code.
Lookup/List is available on this field.
STATE - a state or province code to
limit the call list selection to calls for customers in a specific
state or province.
CALL DATE -a date calls were made to
limit the call list selection.
