Stock Maintenance - Attributes
General Information
Enabled for Size/Color items,
this tab allows you to associate these items with a greater and
more complex number of attributes. These attributes will allow the
customer to specify exactly which features they would like in this
product which will either tie into a specific product or create
notes for manual customization.

Overview
How to Use the Screen
ENABLE PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES- check this option to begin adding
more attributes to the selected size color item matrix.
Attributes
This will list all of the extra attributes created for the
selected group of size/color items.
ADD - Creates a new Attribute. This will open the Add/Edit Attribute Screen.
EDIT- Select an existing Attribute, then click this button to
make changes to it. This will open the Add/Edit Attribute Screen.
DELETE - Select an existing Attribute, then click this button to
remove it.
MOVE UP/MOVE DOWN - Select an attribute and click one of these
two buttons to move the attribute up and down on the list. This
will affect the order in which it is listed in the Attribute
Selection screen.
AUTO CREATE CHILDREN - Select this button to automatically
create the necessary Stock Numbers based on the number of possible
Attribute combinations. M.O.M. will create the necessary SKU’s with
a simple variation number: e. g. C-WUS
001, C-WUS
002,etc.

First create all stock attributes for this item group.

Map the current item to a specific set of attributes.

Make any necessary changes to inventory and cost, then save the
item.

Open the same item and return to the Attributes Tab.

Click the AUTOCREATE CHILDREN button.

The Child SKU Setup
Screen is displayed where the Stock Numbers will be
generated.
Mappings
This field allows you to link the attributes that you created to
the different size/color variations of this size/color group.
Note:Only attributes that have the SKU LINK option enabled
in
the Add/Edit Attribute screen,
can be mapped.
CREATE MAPPING- Select an item from the list and click this
button to map it to an attribute. This will open the Attribute Mapping Screen.
EDIT- Select an existing mapping, then click this button to make
changes to it. This will open the Attribute Mapping Screen.
DELETE- Select an existing Mapping, then click this button to
remove it.
