Add/Edit AttributesGeneral InformationThis screen allows you to create new attributes that can be assigned to items within the selected Size/Color Variation Matrix. See Also Stock Maintenance - Attributes How to Use the ScreenCODE- Enter a code to identify this Attribute. NAME- This will function as the label for the Attribute. It will appear in the Attribute Selection Screen in the Order Entry Screen or your SiteLINK store. ATTRIBUTE TYPE- Select the type of prompt you would like this attribute to be displayed in. Text EntryThis field allows you enter custom information for an item within this Size/Color matrix. VALIDATION- Select an option to restrict entry in this field that would be invalid for the type of data you are expecting.
FIELD LENGTH- For Plain Text fields only- specifies the number of characters allowed in the field. Drop Down Selection & Radio Button SelectionTHIS ATTRIBUTE'S VALUE IS PART OF THE SKU LINK- when this option is checked, the attribute can be linked directly to the SKU. During order entry; when this attribute is selected, M.O.M. will place the attributed SKU on the order. MOVE UP/MOVE DOWN- Select an attribute value and click one of these two buttons to move the attribute up and down on the list. This will affect the order in which it is listed in the Attribute Selection screen. EDIT- Select an existing Attribute, then click this button to make changes to it. This will open the Edit Attribute Value Screen. ADD- Creates a new Attribute Value. This will open the Edit Attribute Value Screen. REMOVE- Select an existing Attribute Value, then click this button to remove it. |
