Schedule A Followup Call
General Information
This screen is used to schedule a
followup call for a customer or prospect. It is only available when
the optional Telemarketing Module is installed. This
screen is accessed from the Customer Contact screen using the
SCHEDULE button.
How to Use the Screen

Schedule the followup call either for a
date or in a specified number of days. Click on CALL AGAIN ON and
enter the scheduled date, or click on OR IN and enter the number of
days from the present date for the follow-up call.

Optionally, use the CONTACT NAME
pull-down list to change the name of the person you are scheduling
the call for. The name defaults to the primary name for the
customer. To add a new name, select the ADD button to display the
Address
and Contact Edit Screen.

Optionally, enter a CODE for a specific
script to be used in the follow-up call.

Optionally, change the contact name for
the follow-up call.

Enter a reminder or summary of the
TOPIC TO DISCUSS for the follow-up call.

Press SAVE to save the follow-up call
and add it to the
Outbound Call
List for the specified user, or press CANCEL to exit
without saving or scheduling the follow-up call.
