Import Drop Ship Tracking Numbers

General Information

For users that deliver products through Drop Shipping, M.O.M. gives the ability to import tracking numbers for all of the boxes delivered outside of the system. Users will then be able to send Shipment Confirmation Notices and use the Track Package button within the Order Entry screen to provide tracking information to customers.

Import File Format

The file must contain the following two fields:

PONumber -Numeric field, 10 numbers

TrackingNo -Character field, 25 characters

How to Use the Screen

  1. Choose a file format. Note: For the Delimited format, enter a delimiter.

  2. Click the SELECT FILE FORMAT button.

  3. Click Process to begin the import.
