1. Check the option PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR YAHOO, to include the product for publishing through the Yahoo® Feed.

2. Select a preset Store from the drop-down menu to link this item to that store.

3. Complete the information on each of the 2 sub-tabs.

4. Click the PUBLISH button to publish this individual item.

General Tab

YAHOO ID- The product code that will be used as the url for the product page. It can be the stock number of the item.

YAHOO CODE- Typically the stock number of the item, also can be used for UPC or ISBN Numbers.

PRODUCT NAME- The name of the product that will appear on the product listing and product page.

• SELECT A TEMPLATE- Choose this option to publish the preset title setup in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to create a unique description for this item.

QUANTITY- Limit the amount of inventory you wish to display on Yahoo.

Please Note: The Product Inventory feed will overwrite any entry in this field.

PRICE- Enter the price of this item for your Yahoo store.

Weight - Enter the shipping weight of this item.

PRODUCT IS ACTIVE IN Yahoo FOR SALE- Check this option to allow this item to be sold on your Yahoo Store. Unchecking this option will remove the inventory for this item and prevent its sale on your store.

PRODUCT IS TAXABLE - Check this option if this item can have sales tax applied.

Extended Information Tab

FULL DESCRIPTION (Caption) e.g. "All cotton kids t-shirt - great for summer!"

• Choose SELECT A TEMPLATE to use the information that is already entered for this item in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to enter information unique to this feed.

HEADLINE- e.g. "Kids T-shirt on sale!"

ABSTRACT- e.g. "Machine-washable, all cotton, pre-shrunk kids t-shirt."

LABEL- e.g. "Receive free shipping when you buy a kids t-shirt."

Options Tab Size/Color Items only.

OPTION CODE - the option type. Typically this consists of the variation code used in M.O.M.

PRODUCT OPTION - this will be displayed as the prompt for the selection, such as "Size Selection."

OPTION VALUE -   this is the customer’s selection that will match to this SKU, such as the option "Large."

Inventory Tab

INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for publishing your inventory to your Yahoo Store:

• Take ____ units from available units for sale - this option will display the specified number of units from your current non-committed units in stock.

• ___ % OF AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of units from your current non-committed units in stock as your inventory level for Yahoo.

Note: These settings override the settings in the Yahoo Merchant Settings screen.
