Yahoo® Merchant Settings Tab
General Information
Click on ADD A NEW STORE. For users
with multipleYahoo Stores, choose to connect this account to a
preset Store Code.
YAHOO STORE ACCOUNT NAME -
YAHOO STORE TITLE - Enter the store name that you set in your
Yahoo Administrative Settings.
EXPORT PRODUCTS & INVENTORY FILES TO YAHOO - This opens the
Yahoo Export Screen,
enabling you to export your stock Item information and inventory
levels to your Yahoo store.
EMAIL TRACKING PASSWORD - Enter the password that can be used by
M.O.M. to email shipment tracking information to your Yahoo
Store.
Batch Processing Sequence
This is a list of the different
processes M.O.M. will run during the communication with Yahoo.
Real Time Link
SCRIPT URL - Enter the location of the ASP files that will
contain the order and inventory files. For example
https://yahoo.usasportingoods.com.
FTP SERVER NAME - Enter the name of your FTP server, this will
be used to handle file addition and deletion. Ideally it should
match the Script URL.
USER NAME & PASSWORD -
Enter your login credentials for the
FTP Server
TEST CONNECTION TO YAHOO! REAL TIME LINK - Click this button to
verify your connection to your Yahoo store.
SOURCE KEY - Enter a Source Key to assign to all of the orders
originating from Yahoo.
SHIPPING METHOD -Required- Enter the shipping method to
apply to all the orders that do not have a shipping method
specified.
ORDER PRIORITY- Select if you wish to have the Yahoo orders have
a higher Order Processing priority than other orders in the
system.
PRODUCT FOR ITEM ON THE FLY- Required- Enter the item you wish to
use as a substitute for items that you sell in Yahoo but have not
setup in M.O.M.
SALES ID- Enter a Sales ID to assign to all of the orders
originating from Yahoo.
ORDER TYPE - Enter an order type to assign to all of the orders
originating from Yahoo.
PAYMENT METHOD - Select a payment method to use to record
payments for payment methods that are not recognized by M.O.M.
YAHOO ORDER ACTIVITY REPORT
INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for
publishing your inventory to your Yahoo Store:

for sale - this option will display the specified number of
units from your current non-committed units in stock.

___ % OF
AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of
units from your current non-committed units in stock as your
inventory level for Yahoo.
