Stock Maintenance - More InfoGeneral InformationThis screen tab is used to further describe the item for your order entry operators. The screen can be displayed in Order Entry using one of the tool bar buttons. Typically this screen is used to add some extra "did you know" information about the item; such as, washing instructions, compatibility information, special return requirements, etc. Optionally, you can cut and paste a picture of the item to this screen as well. See Also How to Use the ScreenExtended Info TabAdding or Editing TextEnter as much descriptive text as necessary in the scrollable region on the left of the screen. The text area can be changed or deleted at any time. The standard Windows text edits (cut and paste) can be used in this scroll region. Adding or Deleting an ImageTo add an image use the SELECT button to navigate to the image. Customized Info TabView the customized pages created through the Maintain Additional Stock Information option. Extended Info TemplateEnter Item Descriptions, images, and keywords that can be applied to multiple eCommerce Platforms. Choose to ADD or EDIT a Template. Once a Template has been created, you can then choose the DELETE button. For Size/Color Items, choose the COPY BUTTON to copy the template to all variations of this item.
