eCommerce Management- ShopSite® Tab

1. Check the option PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR SHOPSITE, to include the product for publishing through the ShopSite® Feed.

2. Select a preset Store from the drop-down menu to link this item to that store.

3. Complete the information on each of the 2 sub-tabs.

4. Click the PUBLISH button to publish this individual item.

General Tab

SHOPSITE SKU- Allows entry of a custom stock item number for publishing to ShopSite.

PRODUCT NAME- The name of the product that will appear on the product listing and product page.

• SELECT A TEMPLATE- Choose this option to publish the preset title setup in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to create a unique description for this item.

QUANTITY- Limit the amount of inventory you wish to display on ShopSite.

Please Note: The Product Inventory feed will overwrite any entry in this field.

LOW STOCK THRESHOLD- Specify a low inventory level that will send an email alert to the email address defined in the ShopSite Store Settings. This feature requires the Inventory Tracking feature in ShopSite to be enabled.

OUT OF STOCK LIMIT- Specify a low inventory level that once reached; will prevent orders for the item on ShopSite. This feature requires the Inventory Tracking feature in ShopSite to be enabled.

Weight - Enter the shipping weight of this item.

Length, Width, Height - Enter the dimensions of this item in the available fields.

PRODUCT IS TAXABLE - Check this option if this item can have sales tax applied.

PRICE- Enter the price of this item for your ShopSite store.

PRODUCT IS ON SALE FOR AMOUNT OF- Check this option and enter a promotional price to enable ShopSite to display the item and list both the retail price and the promotional price.

Extended Information Tab

SEARCH KEYWORDS- Enter descriptive keywords that will assist customers in finding the product.

• Choose SELECT A TEMPLATE to use the information that is already entered for this item in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to enter keywords unique to ShopSite.

FULL DESCRIPTION

• Choose SELECT A TEMPLATE to use the information that is already entered for this item in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to enter a description unique to ShopSite.

IMAGE FILE- Click the BROWSE button to select an image or choose an Image File template setup in the More Info tab.

Inventory Tab

INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for publishing your inventory to ShopSite:

• Take ____ units from available units for sale - this option will display the specified number of units from your current non-committed units in stock.

• ___ % OF AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of units from your current non-committed units in stock as your inventory level for ShopSite.

Note: These settings override the settings in the ShopSite Merchant Settings screen.
