ShopSite® Merchant Settings Tab
General
Click on ADD A NEW ACCOUNT. For users
with multiple ShopSite stores, choose to connect this account to a
preset Store Code.
MERCHANT CGI'S URL- The web address of your ShopSite store.
FTP SERVER NAME- Enter the URL for your FTP Server Name.
USER NAME - Enter the Login ID
used to access your ShopSite account.
PASSWORD - Enter the Password used to access
your ShopSite account.
Please Note:
The User Name and Password for your ShopSite account must be the
same for both your ShopSite Account and your FTP server.
Once the required information is
entered, click the TEST CONNECTION TO SHOPSITE button to
verify.
Batch Processing Sequence
This is a list of the different
processes M.O.M. will run during the communication with
ShopSite.
Miscellaneous
SOURCE KEY - Enter a Source Key to assign to all of the orders
originating from ShopSite.
SHIPPING METHOD -Required- Enter the shipping method to
apply to all the orders that do not have a shipping method
specified.
ORDER PRIORITY- Select if you wish to have the ShopSite orders
have a higher Order Processing priority than other orders in the
system.
PRODUCT FOR ITEM ON THE FLY- Required- Enter the item you wish to
use as a substitute for items that you sell in ShopSite but have
not setup in M.O.M.
SALES ID- Enter a Sales ID to assign to all of the orders
originating from ShopSite.
ORDER TYPE - Enter an order type to assign to all of the orders
originating from ShopSite.
PAYMENT METHOD - Select a payment method to use to record
payments for payment methods that are not recognized by M.O.M.
STARTING ORDER NUMBER TO DOWNLOAD- Enter the order number in
ShopSite that you need M.O.M. to start from. Since you may have
ShopSite Orders that are being processed outside of M.O.M., this
field can be updated before each order download to ensure that
M.O.M. does not download duplicate orders.

Inventory
INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for
publishing your inventory to your Shopsite Store:

for sale - this option will display the specified number of
units from your current non-committed units in stock.

___ % OF
AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of
units from your current non-committed units in stock as your
inventory level for ShopSite.
