Stock Item Advanced Lookup
General Information
This screen enables you to find any stock item in Mail Order
Manager using the fields defined in the Advanced Search Criteria
fields of the Global Parameters - Miscellaneous Tab.

How to Use the Screen

Enter one or more of the search keyword(s) in the field(s) that
have been previously set up.

Optionally, make a selection from the SEARCH TYPE dropdown menu to
refine your search for any of the following conditions: Any matches
on all categories, Any matches on any categories, Exact matches on
all categories or Exact matches on any categories.

Select the SEARCH button to display the list of stock items
matching the search criteria.

Highlight the item in the list that you want to include in the
order.

Choose the SELECT button to return to the order with the
highlighted item in the order.
Note: Select
the
FULL LOOKUP button to close the Advanced Lookup and open the
Stock
Lookup.
 M.O.M. XL Users: With the
Filter Search Results option enabled in the Global Parameters
Miscellaneous Tab, the LOAD MORE RESULTS button will pull
additional results into your search screen.
