Select Fields To Export or Import
General Information
This screen enables you to specify the
sort criteria for import as well as the specific customer
information fields to be included in an export file to another
system or import file from another system.
Note: The fields that are in the
file to be imported MUST exist in MOM.
If
the fields do not exist , then MOM will find the closest match.
It
is recommended that the fields that do not match are removed from
the file before it is imported.
How to Use the Screen

Select the SORT BY criteria for the
export file. The individual records will be sequenced
alpha-numerically according to this selection.

Use the INCLUDE and REMOVE buttons to
customize the Selected Items List.
To add an item from the Available Items
list to the Selected Items list, select the item in the Available
Items list and press INCLUDE. INCLUDE ALL adds all items from the
Available Items list to the Selected Items list.
To remove an item from the Selected
Items list, select the item in the Selected Items list and press
REMOVE. REMOVE ALL removes all items from the Selected Items
list.
Note: You can also use your mouse to
drag and drop items between the Available Items and Selected Items
lists.
When you have completed your
selections, press SAVE to return to the Export or Import a List screen.
