Export or Import A List
General
Information
This screen enables you to select the file name and the file format
for an export or import of customer names.
How to
Use the Screen

Use the radio buttons to select the file format for the export.
Note: For
Delimited, enter a custom delimiter.

Choose the SELECT FILE NAME to enter or select the file name for
the export file.

Optionally, choose SELECT FIELDS to display the Select Fields To Export or Import screen
to include/exclude specific customer information fields from the
file.

Optionally, choose SELECT EXISTING LAYOUT to display the Select a Saved Import File Layout
to choose a pre-existing file layout from the list.

Optionally, use the radio buttons to choose to "Match Names Against
Customer File Before Importing", "Dedupe Just List Being Imported"
or "No Deduping."

Select the PROCESS button.
Export for Email Marketing
To export the defined list to the email marketing program
eWay Direct, choose the
export format E-MAIL MARKETING FLAT FILE FOR DYDACOMP DIRECT
CONNECT.
