Print Gift-To Reorder NoticesGeneral InformationThis screen enables you to select a notice, header date, and sort criteria for gift-to reorder notices. Gift-to reorder notices are special types of Standard Customer Notices that are specifically designed to inform customers of the gifts and gift recipients for whom they ordered previously. Note: M.O.M. uses Net Count as the criteria for printing gift-to reorder notices. See Also How to Use the ScreenEnter or select the information in each of the fields. LETTER HEADER DATE - enter a date to be printed on the notices as a header date. SELECT LETTER TO SEND - select the notice to be used in the mail/merge. Notices are created in Customer Notice Maintenance. SORT PRINTOUT BY - select a sorting preference to be used when the letters are generated and printed. BEGINNING...ENDING DATE - specify a order date range to be used as a limit for selecting gift orders to be included in the gift-to notice routine. For example, to include only those gift buyers who placed orders during the month of December 2000, enter 12/01/00 as the starting date and 12/31/00 as the ending date. INCLUDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES- check an attribute to include those customers with that attribute checked in their Customer Record. |
