Select Fields to Include in Import
General Information
This
screen enables you to specify the fields and field order to be
included in import file from another system.
Note: The fields that are in the file
include order, customer and customer demographics.
It
is recommended to describe the fields when creating demographics so
it will appear in this list with a description.
Otherwise only a field name will be
displayed.

How to Use the Screen

Use the INCLUDE and REMOVE buttons to
customize the Selected Items List.

Optionally, In the Selected Items List,
adjust the order of the fields by dragging each field to the
desired location in the file.
To add an item from the Available Items
list to the Selected Items list, select the item in the Available
Items list and press INCLUDE. INCLUDE ALL adds all items from the
Available Items list to the Selected Items list.
To remove an item from the Selected
Items list, select the item in the Selected Items list and press
REMOVE. REMOVE ALL removes all items from the Selected Items
list.
Note: You can also use your mouse to
drag and drop the field names or double click items between the
Available Items and Selected Items lists.
When you have completed your
selections, press SAVE.
Note:
Press REVERT to set the fields
in the Selected Items List back to the default fields.
