Exchange Product SelectionGeneral InformationThis screen allows you to choose a return reason code and an item to replace the ordered item with. This item will be placed on the order with a zero charge. How to Use This ScreenREASON FOR RETURNING THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT- Select the preset return code from the drop down menu. These codes can be created in the Return Codes tab of the Global Parameters. SELECT PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE- The originally ordered product is entered by default, you can enter a different stock number or clear the field and use F2 to search for an item. WITH THE QUANTITY OF ____- Enter the quantity of the selected item that you wish to place on this order. |
