Customer Notice Key Word ExamplesHow to Use Key Words in Form LettersTo use a key word in the text of the letter, type the key word exactly as indicated in the Key Word List and the M.O.M. will include the corresponding piece of customer or order information in the letter when the customer notice is generated and printed. Remember to include the appropriate punctuation before and after key words (comma, period, etc.). Gift-To Reorder Notices M.O.M.'s List Management Module Option includes a special function that generates a unique type of notice called a Gift-To Reorder Notice. The Gift-To Reorder Notice tells the gift-giving customer to whom and what he gave as gifts. The purpose of the letter is to encourage gift-giving customers to give gifts again. Three special key words can be used in the Gift-To Reorder Notice. Refer to the Key Word List for the format and definition of these keywords.
