Customer Information - PurchasesGeneral InformationThis screen tab contains a selectable list of the individual items purchased by the customer and cross-referenced by order number. See Also How to Use the ScreenYou may select an order from the list to view and/or edit it by double clicking with your mouse or by highlighting it and pressing the ENTER key. When you SAVE the order after viewing, M.O.M. returns to the order list. Filtering the ListThe DISPLAY drop down will filter the list of purchases by ALL ORDERED ITEMS, SHIPPED ITEMS ONLY, BACK ORDERED ITEMS ONLY, QUOTATION ITEMS ONLY or RETURNED ITEMS ONLY. Check the EXCLUDE QUOTATIONS FROM THE LIST option to exclude any orders that were saved as quotes. Check the DISPLAY ORDERS FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEM option and enter an item in the available field to filter the list of purchases for orders that have the entered line item. Hit the F2 key to look up the stock number, click the filter key to update the list. The list may be sorted using any column heading either in ascending or descending sequence. Click on the column heading to change the sort sequence. Optionally, use the PRINT button to print a formatted list of the purchased items displayed on this screen. Column Headings ORDER - the order number for the order with the item. ORDERED - the date the order was entered in the system. ITEM - the stock number for the item. QTY - the quantity of the item purchased on that order. DESCRIPTION - the description of the stock item. PRICE - the price that the customer paid for the item on the order. DISCT - the discount percentage (if any) applied to the unit price for the item on the order. SHIPPED TO - if the order was shipped to an address other than the customer displayed in the Customer Information screen, the shipping address/name is displayed in this column. Viewing Subscriptions - For Subscription Management Module Users OnlyTo view subscriptions for the customer, press Viewing Club Membership PlansTo view the list of Customer's Club Membership Plans for the customer, press the CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLAN DETAILS button. Print Gift to Reorder Notices - For List Management Module Users OnlyTo send the customer a reminder of previous gift orders, press
