Customer's Activity Information

General Information

Available through the Customer Information General Tab. This screen provides detailed information on a customer's order activity and all of your contacts with this customer.

How To Use This Screen

This Screen will display the:
Last Ordering Date (excluding cancelled orders)

  • Date the customer began ordering

  • Last Order Number

  • Order Status

  • Sales Person

  • Order Entry Clerk

Last Phone Contact

  • Date/Time of contact

  • Contact Person

  • Caller

Last Correspondence Sent

  • Last Email Sent

  • Last Fax Sent

  • Last Mailing Sent

Last Catalog Sent

  • Date the customer was entered as a prospect

  • Last Catalog Sent Date

  • Catalog Description

Last Modified

  • Date that this record has been modified

  • User ID who modified it

  • (ACVM Users)

    • Address Correction Date

    • Address Data Expiration Date

    • User ID that last validated the address.
