Customers Dashboard Settings

How to Use the Screen

EMAIL COMPANY'S HIGH & LOW CUSTOMER PROFILE LIST TO _______- Check this option and enter an email address to have the Manager's Dashboard send an email with the current High & Low Customer list. Click the PREVIEW button to view how the data will be displayed.

SEND A TEXT MESSAGE OF COMPANY'S HIGH & LOW CUSTOMER PROFILE LIST TO _______- Check this option and enter a Mobile Phone Number along with the carrier domain (e.g. 9735554321@provider.com) to have the Manager's Dashboard send a text message with the current High & Low Customer list. Click the PREVIEW button to view how the data will be displayed.

DISPLAY CUSTOMER'S PRODUCTIVITY & PERFORMANCE ON THE DASHBOARD- Check this option to allow this user to view the customer's productivity & performance information in the dashboard screen.

Selection Details

SELECT CUSTOMERS BASED ON- Choose the criteria in which M.O.M. will select customers to report on.

  • Entry Date- Choose this option to display customers that were entered in the date range selected.

  • Last Activity Date- Choose this option to display customers that are active in the date range selected.

  • Include All Customer Data- Choose this option to include both New and active customers in the date range selected.

FOR A DATE RANGE OF- Choose that time period you wish to view the data for.
