User Audit Tracking ReportMaintain Menu > System Information > User Security Profiles > User Audit Tracking ReportGeneral InformationUsing the resources of the SQL server, M.O.M. can track the activity of specified users throughout the system. User IDs who have the option ACTIVATE USER AUDIT TRACKING enabled in the User Security Profile screen will create an entry in this report whenever they conduct any of the events detailed below. How to Use the ScreenTRANSCATION DATES- Select the dates you wish to view activity for, either a specific date, a date range, or All transactions. Audit Functionality- Choose the type of activity you would like to see in the report. User Info USER ID- Use this option to view the report for specific User ID's. Action Type- Check the type of Action you would like to view in the report. Report Sorting Options REPORT GROUP ON- Choose to group items in the report by: USER ID, AUDIT TYPE, ACTION TYPE, TRANSACTION (AUDIT ON). REPORT SORT ON- Choose how you would like the report to be sorted by: USER ID, AUDIT TYPE, ACTION TYPE, TRANSACTION (AUDIT ON) |
