How to Use the Screen
EMAIL STAFF PERFORMANCE INFORMATION IN HTML FORMAT TO _______-
Check this option and enter an email address to have the Manager's
Dashboard send an email with the current User Activity information.
Click the PREVIEW button to view how the data will be
displayed.
SEND A TEXT MESSAGE OF STAFF PERFORMANCE INFORMATION TO _______-
Check this option and enter a Mobile Phone Number along with the
carrier domain (e.g. 9735554321@provider.com) to have
the Manager's Dashboard send a text message with the current User
Activity information. Click the PREVIEW button to view how the data
will be displayed.
DISPLAY STAFF PERFORMANCE ON THE DASHBOARD- Check this option to
allow this user to view the staff performance information in the
dashboard screen.
Selection Details- Choose a time period that you wish to view
the data for.
User Activity Log

Display users' login & exit
activity log- Check this option to have the Dashboard display a
separate page listing each user, the time and date of their last
Log in and Log out, and the duration of their time in M.O.M.

Display telemarketing user activity
log- Check this option to have the Dashboard display a separate
page listing users who have phone calls scheduled. It also displays
the number assigned, the number completed, and the number
pending.
Report Options-
Check the box next to each list
you would like to see in the Dashboard. Then enter a value in the
field to determine the number of entries that will be
displayed.
