MOM ChatGeneral InformationThe MOM Chat function gives you the ability to send messages to other M.O.M. users that are currently logged into the system. Messages can either be sent publicly to all users or sent individually. How to Use the ScreenThe list on the right shows the Users who are currently logged in. If the User Name field in the User Security Profile screen is blank, then only the User ID will display. To refresh the list of
users, click on The list on the left displays the messages either sent to you personally or to all users logged in to the chat. To clear the message list,
click on Click on the text field on the bottom of the Chat screen. Type your message and press the Enter key. The message will appear on the message list for all users to read. Click on a User Name or User ID from the list, then click on the text field on the bottom of the Chat screen. Type your message and press the Enter key. The message will appear on the message list, however only you and the User selected is able to read the message. |
