Product Specific Manufacturing StageGeneral InformationThis screen, found in the Stock Item Maintenance Manufacturing tab, enables you to customize a selected manufacturing stage for a specific stock item. See Also How to Use the ScreenSTAGE SEQUENCE # - This number indicates the order in which the manufacturing stages are going to be processed. The sequence of the stages can be controlled from within the Manufacturing tab. THIS STAGE IS LATCHED TO THE PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING STAGE- Check this option to require that the previous Manufacturing stage on the list STAGE CODE- This is the code for the manufacturing stage that was assigned in the Product Manufacturing Stages Maintenance screen. DESCRIPTION- The description detailing this stage,setup in the Product Manufacturing Stages Maintenance screen. APPROX. TIME REQUIRED- Enter the amount of time required to complete this stage on the selected stock item. ADDITIONAL STAGE COST- Enter a value in this field that will add to the overall unit cost of the manufactured item. COST CAN BE ADJUSTED BY THE ASSIGNED OPERATOR- check this option to allow the Manufacturing Operator to adjust this cost when assembling the item in the Manufacturing Workstation. JOB INSTRUCTION: Enter the steps required to complete this manufacturing stage for this specific product. This will be made available in the Manufacturing Workstation. |
