StoreFront Merchant Settings
Account
Information
Click on ADD A NEW ACCOUNT. For users
with multiple StoreFront accounts, choose to connect this account
to a preset Store Code.
MERCHANT WSDL URL- The web address of your StoreFront store
along with
the webservice.asmx file.
USER NAME - Enter the Login ID
used to access your StoreFront account.
PASSWORD - Enter the Password used to access
your StoreFront account.
Once the required information is
entered, click the TEST CONNECTION TO STOREFRONT button to
verify.
Batch Processing Sequence
This is a list of the different
processes M.O.M. will run during the communication with
StoreFront.
Order
SOURCE KEY - Enter a Source Key to assign to all of the orders
originating from StoreFront.
SHIPPING METHOD -Required- Enter the shipping method to
apply to all the orders that do not have a shipping method
specified.
ORDER PRIORITY- Select if you wish to have the StoreFront orders
have a higher Order Processing priority than other orders in the
system.
PRODUCT FOR ITEM ON THE FLY- Required- Enter the item you wish to
use as a substitute for items that you sell in StoreFront but have
not setup in M.O.M.
SALES ID- Enter a Sales ID to assign to all of the orders
originating from StoreFront.
ORDER TYPE - Enter an order type to assign to all of the orders
originating from StoreFront.
PAYMENT METHOD - Select a payment method to use to record
payments for payment methods that are not recognized by M.O.M.
ORDER NUMBERS TO DOWNLOAD RANGE - Enter the order number in
StoreFront that you need M.O.M. to start from. Since you may have
StoreFront Orders that are being processed outside of M.O.M., this
field can be updated before each order download to ensure that
M.O.M. does not download duplicate orders.
STOREFRONT ORDER ACTIVITY
REPORT
ENCRYPTION PRIVATE KEY - For StoreFront stores with Credit Card
Encryption Keys. Locate the store.key file, then copy the contents
of that file into this field.
Inventory
INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for
publishing your inventory to your StoreFront Store:

Take ____ units from available units
for sale - this option will display the specified number of
units from your current non-committed units in stock.

___ % OF
AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of
units from your current non-committed units in stock as your
inventory level for StoreFront.
