eCommerce Management- Miva® Tab

1. Check the option PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR MIVA, to include the product for publishing through the Miva® Feed.

2. Select a preset Store from the drop-down menu to link this item to that store.

3. Complete the information on each of the 2 sub-tabs.

4. Click the PUBLISH button to publish this individual item.

General Tab

MIVA SKU- Allows entry of a custom stock item number for publishing to Miva.

PRODUCT NAME- The name of the product that will appear on the product listing and product page.

• SELECT A TEMPLATE- Choose this option to publish the preset title setup in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to create a unique description for this item.

QUANTITY- Limit the amount of inventory you wish to display on Miva.

Please Note: The Product Inventory feed will overwrite any entry in this field.

PRICE- Enter the price of this item for your Miva store.

COST- Enter a unit cost for this item. Miva 4.0 Users: This field is more commonly used to publish the weight of the item, since Miva 4.0 does not support a specific weight field.

Weight - Miva 5.0 only: Enter the shipping weight of this item.

PRODUCT IS ACTIVE IN MIVA FOR SALE- Check this option to allow this item to be sold on your Miva Store. Unchecking this option will remove the inventory for this item and prevent its sale on your store.

PRODUCT IS TAXABLE - Check this option if this item can have sales tax applied.

Extended Information Tab

SEARCH KEYWORDS- Enter descriptive keywords that will assist customers in finding the product.

FULL DESCRIPTION

• Choose SELECT A TEMPLATE to use the information that is already entered for this item in the More Info tab.

• Choose the radio button next to the blank field to enter information unique to this feed.

IMAGE FILE- Enter the URL's for each product image. Images must be hosted on a web server, please take bandwidth usage under consideration when choosing an image host.

Attributes Tab Size/Color Items only. Miva Attributes Explained

MIVA SKU- Displays the main stock number or "Base SKU".

PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE CODE- Enter the Product Attribute Category. For example, if your products vary by sizes, you would enter "Size" in this field.

ATTRIBUTE VALUE- Enter the specific attribute in this field, if your products were to vary by sizes, you would enter "Large" in this field.

PROMPT- Enter the request for information that you would like to be displayed over the list of attributes. For instance,  if your products vary by sizes, you would enter "Please choose a size" in this field.

ATTRIBUTE TYPE- Choose whether M.O.M. should publish the attributes to be listed by either Drop Down List or Radio Button.

IMAGE- Optionally enter the URL's for an image that details the attribute. Images must be hosted on a web server, please take bandwidth usage under consideration when choosing an image host.

• Choose SELECT A TEMPLATE to use the Image URL template already entered for this item in the More Info tab.

PRICE- Enter a price to be added to the existing retail price upon selection of this attribute.

Inventory Tab

INVENTORY SYNCHRONIZATION MANAGEMENT - Select the method for publishing your inventory to your Miva Store:

• Take ____ units from available units for sale - this option will display the specified number of units from your current non-committed units in stock.

• ___ % OF AVAILABLE UNITS FOR SALE - this option will take a percentage of units from your current non-committed units in stock as your inventory level for Miva.

Note: These settings override the settings in the Miva Merchant Settings screen.
