User ID Maintenance - Allow/Restrict Additional OptionsGeneral InformationThis tab enables you to view and/or customize any of the default authorization levels established in the User ID Maintenance screen. How to Use the ScreenThe system options and option edits in the Restricted and Allowed columns are viewed and/or edited by group. Select the group that you want to modify using the scroll bar at the top center of the screen. To customize a user profile for a group of options, use your mouse to drag and drop options and option edits between the Restricted and Allowed columns. OR, use the buttons between the columns to restrict and allow the options and option edits. Options are displayed left-justified in the columns. Option edits are displayed indented under their corresponding option name. Note: As a reminder, M.O.M. displays a * next to those column entries changed from the default level settings. |
