Subscriptions - Filling Orders
Subscription fulfillment includes those
tasks required to define the set of subscribers and generate the
mailing labels required to mail your publication(s) to the
customer. There are just two steps required to create a set of
labels for subscription fulfillment.

Create the Subscription Definition - a
subscription definition is a database expression producing a select
group of subscriber names based on several different parameters.
Once a Subscriber Definition is created it is typically used
several times, although it may be changed at some point to select a
different set of subscribers. The Subscription Management Module's,
Subscription Definition Maintenance
function, is used to create and modify subscription definitions. To
access this function from the Main M.O.M. Menu, select
Options

Print the Labels - Because of it's
advanced label printing functions, the List Management Module is used to print
the labels for subscription fulfillment. The Include by Names from
Subscriptions option is used to create a List Management Query from
which a List is created to print the labels. To access the List
Management Module from the Main M.O.M. Menu, select
Options
