Subscription Definition Selection in List Management

General Information

This screen enables you to select a Subscription Definition to be used as an Include Statement in a List Management Module Query. The Subscription Definitions that can be selected in this screen must have been previously created using the Maintain Subscription Definition function of the Subscription Management Module.

How to Use the Screen

  1. Select the Subscription Definition using the pull-down list.

  2. Optionally, select to UPDATE SUBSCRIBER FILE by checking the box. If you do update the subscriber file, each subscriber in the file will automatically have their issue count decremented by one issue.

  3. If you do select to update the subscriber file, enter the LAST ISSUE NUMBER and/or the LAST ISSUE DATE for the magazine that is being filled in the current defined print run.
