Select Orders By Query for ListGeneral InformationThis screen enables you to select any single piece or combination of order-related information on which to base your include or exclude statement. How to Use the ScreenSelect Type of Address Because customers may have multiple addresses in the M.O.M. database, this pop-up list enables you to select the specific addresses to be used in the include/exclude statement for any customer that is included/excluded from the list. Use the pull-down menu to any of the following options.
ALSO INCLUDE SOLD-TO ADDRESSES - check this box to "add-in" any sold-to addresses that may be on file for the customer. Order Date SELECT AN ORDER CRITERIA - these radio buttons enable you to select order-related information by order date, order number, or ship date. Make a selection and then specify the specific date or order number information in the Selection Details box. Select ALL ORDERS to include all orders in the M.O.M. database. Optional Criteria Use these buttons to select specific order-related qualifiers for your include or exclude statement. When you press any one of the Optional Criteria buttons, the Select Items to Create List screen is displayed to enable you to select the specific items to be used the in the selection statement. Note: When you use an Optional Criteria in your statement, the corresponding button remains depressed. This makes it easy to determine which Optional Criteria was used when you save a report query. (See below.) Additional Selections for Point of Purchase Module Users INCLUDE MOM ORDERS - check this box to include names of customers entered with orders in the main system Order Entry function. INCLUDE POP ORDERS - check this box to include names of customers entered with orders in the Point of Purchase Order Entry function. |
