How to Use the Screen
-
Use the SELECT FOR radio buttons at the
top of the screen to run the report for a specific order, order
numbers, RMA, RMA entry date, RMA expiration date, etc. Click on
your selection and specify the date or order number range in the
box to the right of the radio buttons. To include all RMAs in the
report, click on the ALL option at the bottom of the screen. When
using the selection by specific date, the Selection Details pull-down list
box enables you to select options such as Today, Yesterday, This
Week, etc instead of a specific date.

check boxes to limit the report to specific stock items, return
reason codes, and/or operator ID.
-
Optionally, use the two selections at

to list RMA#s, expiration date, and customer name without the line
item contents expected in the RMA.
